BOSTON — Franchy Cordero provided an epic finale to a resurgent homestand for the Red Sox when he ripped a walk-off grand slam with two outs in the bottom of the 10th at Fenway Park on Sunday afternoon.

Cordero’s moonshot took away the sting of Hansel Robles giving up a game-tying homer with two outs in the top of the ninth.

It was the first walk-off win of the season for the Sox, and also their first win in extras after six straight losses in extra frames.

The Red Sox, in a fog the first several weeks of the season, have won five in a row and nine out of 12.
