Due to the weather forecast, Monday’s makeup game between the Royals and Cardinals at Busch Stadium has been rescheduled from 3:15 p.m. to 12:15 p.m. CT.
The game was originally set for April 13 but was postponed due to inclement weather and moved to Monday.
The I-70 Series rivals will play Monday’s game in St. Louis before traveling to Kansas City for two games at Kauffman Stadium.
Kansas City hasn’t won a season series against St. Louis since 2016. The Cardinals defeated the Royals 6-5 when the two teams met April 12.
Zack Greinke is scheduled to toe the rubber for the Royals on Monday, opposing Cardinals starter Steven Matz in a matchup of free-agent additions.
