Fairhope Man Sentenced to 30 Months and Ordered to Pay $1.2 Million in Restitution in Paycheck Protection Program Fraud Case

Jason Carl Pears of Fairhope has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for two counts of wire fraud and one count of money laundering.
