DBU Baseball legend Ryan Johnson etched his name into the history books on Thursday, making his Major League debut for the Los Angeles Angels on Opening Day at Rate Field in Chicago. Johnson’s path to the big leagues was nothing short of remarkable, as he becomes just the second player in MLB history to make his debut on Opening Day without ever appearing in a minor league game. The only other player to achieve this feat was Pete Incaviglia of the Texas Rangers on April 8, 1986.
